Along the way, you’ll stay inspired with weekly challenges, motivation, and healthy tips, plus opportunities to win prizes throughout the challenge. Top male and female participants will be recognized at the finish.

Kickoff Event

Start strong at our kickoff event featuring a benchmark fitness assessment, a full challenge overview, free giveaways from vendors, and plenty of fun for all ages. Meet fellow participants, personal trainers, and fitness instructors who will help guide you throughout the challenge.
